- If the sink is rust or corrode under normal residential use within the warranty covered period.

3. Lifetime coverage (in specific models):

- We offer a lifetime warranty covering material and workmanship defects for the life of the product under normal use.

❌ What Is Not Covered In the Warranty

1. All the accessories are NOT covered in the warranty

2. Normal wear and tear and cosmetic issues:

- Surface scratches, minor dulling or finish changes that occur through regular use are usually not covered because they are considered normal, not defects.

3. Damage from improper installation or maintenance:

- If the sink was installed incorrectly or not cared for per instructions (e.g., using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals), the warranty can be voided.

4. Accidental, mechanical, or misuse damage:

- Dents, cracks from heavy impact, damage caused by dropping objects, or chemical exposure typically aren’t covered.

5. Rust or corrosion due to misuse:

- Warranties don’t cover corrosion from misuse, inappropriate cleaners, or hard water effects.

6. Installation/Removal cost:
