Refund & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority, we want to be fully satisfied with every products you purchase from Kitchen Z.
Kitchen Z is offering 7 days easy return/exchange policy as a protection for all customers.
If there's any sign of manufacturing defect on the item or if you find that the product does not fit your home well, you may return the item and CREDIT VOUCHER will be refunded for your next purchase after we received your return parcel in good condition.
The return shipping cost will be borne by the buyer if the item is not manufacturing defect.
Exchange/Refund request must be made within 7 working days start from the date when your order has been completely delivered to your doorstep.
To be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be uninstalled, unused and packed in the box as the same condition that you received it.
A return shipment arrangement will be provided from Kitchen Z team via email or Whatapps.
Please be notified that ALL related exchange/refund shipping cost will be borne by the buyer if the item is not manufacturing defect.
Credit Voucher is a code specifically generated for the buyer as exchange/refund store credit for the next purchase.
The value of the credit voucher will be equal to the price of return product(s). In the case when a discount promo code has been applied, the value of the credit voucher should be equal to the discounted product's price. Credit voucher issued is only applicable to ONE order transaction, any remaining amount will not be refunded.
