  1. Do you have a physical showroom or store?

Unfortunately we do not have a showroom or store for the time being, however our warehouse is located at Meru, Klang Selangor. Please make appointment with our sales person before coming for pick up or exchange your items.

 

  1. What are your business hours?

We are operating from Monday-Saturday (9AM-6PM), and Sunday or Public Holiday Off.

 

  1. I have more questions to ask with regards to the products. What is your Sales Person contact number?

Our sales hotline is +6010-4438638 and our careline is +6012-4538638. For offline purchase, bulk purchases and installation arrangement, you may contact our sales hotline directly.

 

  1. Are you a manufacturer?  

Yes, we are an award winning leading wooden furniture manufacturer in Malaysia and have more than 10 years experience in the industry.

 

  1. How do I maintain good condition of the dining table?

No maintenance is needed. You can clean the table with wet cloth or soap. Never  place a steel pot that is boiled from the stove directly on the table. It will leave a heat mark. The table coating that we use is highly durable.

 

  1. How long can the cabinet last? Will the table or cabinet metal legs rust over time?

The solid wood or melamine board can last a long time as it is a piece of solid wood slab or board with laminate edging without joint; yet the metal will not rust as it is powder coated material.

 

  1. Self-assembly for furniture, will it be challenging for a beginner or buyer?

No worries, all our items are easy assembly. Assembly instruction is provided in the carton. Contact us if you have any doubts and we are ready to assist you anytime.

 

  1. After placing the orders, when will the delivery start?

Once we received your orders, the delivery will be proceeded within 2 days. If you need the order urgently, do let us know in advance and include a message in your order during checkout. If you need us to deliver to the upper floor of your residential (apartment type and no lift provided), additional labor charges will apply and we need to be informed before the delivery to ensure there is enough manpower on the delivery day.

 

  1. Can we purchase offline and perform self pick up at your warehouse?

Once we receive your query, our sales team will contact customers via WhatsApp or phone call within 2 working days to make an appointment for your self-collection date.  Customers are advised to bring their manpower and suitable transportation that could fit in their ordered item(s).

At least 2 working days prior to the self-collection date required for our warehouse team to prepare and get ready your ordered item(s) meanwhile some pre-order item(s) will have a longer self-collection period.

 

  1. Will the furniture items be assembled at my place?

Yes, your purchased item will be assembled if you have arranged an installation appointment in advance. For customers who wish to get all the items being fully-assembled, you may whatsapp us to make appointment via our careline +6012-4538638.
